I wanted to take a moment this Thanksgiving to hit the pause button and express my appreciation for every single one of you amazing women.

We are more than just a team.

We are absolutely a family.

We’ve accomplished so much together in just a few months since FORGD has started, the love and dedication in this group is so much more than I could have ever imagined.

I’m so grateful for this community we’ve built, and I look forward to chasing that next, best version of ourselves and this company alongside all of you!!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 🥹🥹🦃❤️❤️❤️

Yeah- I GOT MY GIRLS 🥹🥇🏆

The first FORGD group show is in the books, and my heart is just overflowing! 😭💗

FORGD started just three short months ago, and seeing this dream grow from a tiny seed into something so powerful and beautiful, all thanks to these amazing women- it makes me so incredibly sappy. My love for them, and for what we’re building together knows no bounds truly.

When I founded FORGD, my core philosophy was to create a company where these women felt genuinely heard and supported by both me and their teammates. Bodybuilding to me is far more than simply preparing for the stage; it’s about building a better version of yourself and continuously striving to level up. The people you choose to surround yourself with during this journey are absolutely crucial. What I like to say- our future won’t forge itself. It’s exciting to make our potential non-negotiable- TOGETHER.🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
