COMMUNITY. ENERGY. GAINES.

This right here is why I do this.

Watching everyone show up, push themselves, and uplift each other in real time… that’s what makes this community special.

We got to move, sweat, and test out the new HOKA Mach 7 while building together.

Huge thank you to @ben.crowell for leading the demo and bringing this experience to Wellness Gaines 🤝

Shoutout to Coach Dalin (@shotsxstello) for capturing these moments 📸

And thank you to everyone who came through, plus @hoka for rocking with us 💛

April 4… we run it back.
