SELAH | From Me to You. 🤍 I created SELAH because I needed something that felt like peace. Something to quiet my mind, comfort my senses, and remind me that it’s okay to be still. With soft notes of tulip and rose that melt into warm amber and vanilla, I wanted every scent to feel like being wrapped in a warm blanket. A gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and simply be. What started as something I needed for myself is now something I want to share with you. From me to you, SELAH. 🤍 #SELAH #MindOverBodyCo #FragranceWithPurpose #WellnessFragrance #MindfulMoments SelfCareRitual Stillness MindBodyWellness

Over 14,000 road trip miles logged in the car this year, and I think 80% of my trunk weight is strictly full perfume bottles at this point. 🚗💨📦 For those who follow along, you know my trusted perfume bag has been continuously collecting gems ever since @fragrance_fest back in May! From indie pickups at @scentroomla and @shopnotedscents in Laguna to my latest hauls from @findhiddenhouse in Lake Oswego, this desk is a living timeline of the journey! Tell me I’m not the ONLY one who sets up an entire portable boutique on the hotel desk just to pick a scent for a casual dinner in Salem. Who needs extra shoes in their luggage when you have full-sized options for every micro-climate, mood shift, and accidental weather change? (If you missed any of these boutique stops, go check out my PNW, LA, and LAGUNA Highlights on my profile! 🔗✨)  How many full bottles or travel sprays are currently living in your overnight bag? Be honest below. 👇🏼 #hausofdarlingperfumier #snifftryst #findhiddenhouse #scentroomla #shopnotedscents

the 5 larchmont stores hancock park moms gatekeep comment LARCHMONT and i’ll send you the link to shop live inventory in la larchmont village looks like a coffee-and-stroller street. it’s actually one of the tightest shopping blocks in la, if you know which doors to open. there’s a shoe store that does the best made-in-spain flats in the city, a menswear spot that’s half the reason every hancock park dad dresses well, and a fragrance shop where you’ll leave with something nobody else has. the women’s boutique at the end of the block is the one they really don’t want you finding. save this for your next sunday walk.

My scent of the day is Lilice by @lesquendieu . This perfume was originally created in the early 1900s by Joseph Lesquendieu for his wife, Alice. He spent ten years developing this fragrance, and she was the only one to ever wear it until the brand was revived by Joseph’s grandson, Jérôme Lesquendieu. It was recreated by perfumer Maud Chabanis. This fragrance has top notes of lemon, bergamot, rose, iris, cassis, vanilla, amber, and cedar. I really pick up on the lemon and rose notes, and it reminds me of a sparkling rose lemonade I had once. I often find that fruity florals either lean more floral or more fruity, but the notes in this fragrance are very nicely balanced. This fragrance is a little hard to track down in the US, but I purchased my bottle at @scentroomla in Los Angeles. This was my birthday fragrance of 2025, and I’ve really enjoyed wearing it, especially during the spring and summer months.🌹🍋 #sotd #lesquendieu #lilice #scentroom
