A few ago I saw the silver version of this bracelet on @scheikh wrist. He saw my eyes widen and was kind enough to let me try this on. He didn’t have to do that. The sale was already done in my head… #dennisonwatches #dennisonald #tigerseye #stonedial #watchbracelet

Today I had the privilege of stepping into the London studio of Time and Tide founded by @andrew_mcutchen the husband to my longest time girlfriend Fiona @in.her.own.time

The overwhelming proudest feeling of the incredible business they have built with the loveliest staff and the vibe this studio is so unique. They have a studio in Melbourne , London and New York. If you are a watch person you have to get on board with Time and Tide. I definitely wasn’t expecting to walk out with a new watch but I did.

I was captivated by the Tiger Eye Dennison
@dennisonwatch , a little gift to myself and from my husband @brendanross and in support of my friends. I was drawn to this watch in particular as I can wear all metals with it , interchangeable straps to go from leather to a bark

The good peeps at @dennisonwatch seem to have found the bottomless pit of good ideas. These three new ALD Checker models pair deep black onyx with pavé-set natural diamonds, turning the checkerboard into a bold little game of light and dark. And, yes, a lot of “wow” and “ooooomph”.

What actually makes a watch feel special?

For me, it’s the heritage, design, craftsmanship and character, not simply the name on the dial or the price tag.

The @beaubleu_paris Ecce Lys, blends retro charm with contemporary elegance, while the Ecce Figura Alba, is more understated, with its finely grained matte dial, railway track and signature round hands.

Then there’s @dennisonwatch 👀 this is where the heritage really caught my attention.

Dennison’s story goes back to the 19th century, becoming one of Britain’s significant watch-case makers. For much of the 20th century, Dennison designed and produced cases for major names including Rolex, Omega, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Zenith.

That history still shines through today. The ALD Dual Time “Shades of Blue” brings vintage design language into the present, with Roman numerals, Art Deco-inspired details and a beautifully brushed blue dial that changes with the light.

Vintage soul, contemporary presence.

I discovered these beauties in @timetideshopuk right in the heart of London’s West End. So many cool options without feeling like you have to break the bank. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming, and the spacious store feels more like a conversation about watches than a typical watch shop.

You don’t have to spend big to fit in. You just have to look smart enough to find something at the right price that makes you feel good wearing it.

Heritage. Character. Craftsmanship. Style.

Sometimes the real luxury is knowing where to look. ⌚️
