This prep was very hectic. One macro out from the meet, I hit all time PRs on all 3 lifts, which got slightly nerfed from weight cut and sporadic back issues. I am extremely proud of myself for staying resilient through the hard parts of this prep. None of this would be possible without the goat @tsp_devan of course. Thank you for helping me stay focused and level-headed. Let's go hit a gnarly +25kg total PR in the fall💪
