This weekend I got to co-advise a delegation of student leaders at the 2022 CAACURH Regional Leadership Conference and finally meet some of my NACURH besties in person!!! NACURH is the why behind my work, and I cannot express how much I enjoyed myself at this conference. My job is cool, but my students are even cooler.💙💎

The University of Akron has been my home for the past 4 years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better college experience. I came in to college as this nervous kid who had no idea what these 4 years would have in store. I had no idea that I would live on campus and work for reslife for my entire college career. I had no idea that I would be a merchandise intern at the RubberDucks, that would lead me to be the head of merchandise there after graduation.
I’ve learned to grab at opportunities that come by and to get by with a little help from my friends. I’m very thankful for all the people I’ve met along the way, every one of you has impacted my life in a great way.
