“Don’t cry! You’ll rust so dreadfully!” Year 5, and of course the final high school show, is in the books. They say time flies but I think Toto does too. I’ve been so lucky to be blessed with such an amazing group of people for my final show. I cannot begin to think on the memories I have made and the stories I have to tell. Life throws you for so many ups and countless downs yet never once have I once been ready to say goodbye. I hope my impact on all my magnificent cast-mates, diligent crew friends (and those pit musicians too) keeps them on top of the world now that I am almost swept up over the rainbow. Thank you everyone. Keep being you.

Oh my lord, there goes year four. I am so lucky to have been stuck in with this group. That decision to ride on the metaphorical bus and join the musical changed my life. I think we had some of the best passengers this year and the ride was incredibly satisfying. Many friendly faces in their drivers seats will soon leave their posts. Many who got on with me and have to leave without me. But I know new ones will pick up the keys and we will go wherever the road takes us. A few older friends make our ride easier. One said, “We didn’t realize we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun.” They may not be able to help on the ride next year, but we know they’re always supporting us. Thank you mom, dad, and lila for pushing the stressed out younger brother who wanted to jump on the musical theater bus. Photo credits to @leetle_beetle12, my beloved mother @mrsbill431, and the phenomenal @nuna.nayyef.
