Dubai’s skate scene just levelled up. Located in Alserkal Avenue, @gooderskateboarding is the city’s first indoor concrete skatepark and it’s been a long time coming for the community. Built for all levels, the space features smooth ramps, rails and street-style obstacles you can ride all year round (no summer heat interruptions). Designed by Studio Pheasant and built by Mind Work, it draws directly from the roots of Dubai’s early skate culture. Open daily 11am–8pm, it’s more than just a skatepark. The warehouse-style space blends a café, retail and exhibition areas, plus a standout central fountain inspired by Dubai’s Deira Memorial Fountain and traditional Syrian courtyards — a subtle nod to the founder’s story. Whether you’re landing your first ollie or just there for the vibe, Gooder feels like the kind of space Dubai’s been missing. @gooderskateboarding @treszkaoliveria @alserkalavenue @studio_pheasant #Luxury #Lifestyle #LuxeLifeDubai #Dubai #LuxuryMagazine
