Some kids smile for the camera. Lainey brought the ENTIRE personality. 😂📸❤️
Meet Lainey. 2nd grade. Professional expression maker. And clearly, she understood the assignment!!! 😂👏
The smiles, the sass, the silly faces, the poses… ALL OF IT! And yes, this is what YEARBOOK PICTURE DAY looks like with Scholarsnaps! ❤️
We give our students a little time to just BE THEMSELVES if they want!!! Because sometimes the best picture isn’t the one you planned… it’s the one that happens in between! 🥹
🚨 PARENTS!!! YOU’VE GOT MAIL!!! 📬📸
ALL galleries from last month through this past week have officially been SENT!!! 🎉
Preschool littles, K–11th graders AND our fabulous SENIORS!!! Check those emails (and spam folders)! ❤️
And as for us???
Another school next week… another the week after… and another after that! 😂
It’s basically a YEARBOOK WORLD TOUR at this point, humans!!! 🎤📸😂
Different schools. Thousands of personalities. A whole lot of memories.
And we wouldn’t have it any other way!!! ❤️
XOXO,
Your Scholarsnaps Team 📸💕

Same initials. Same DNA. Same senior year. Completely different energy. 😂👍

Meet the M + M twins ❤️ Milan & his sister ❤️ and quite possibly one of my favorite examples of why senior pictures should never feel like... senior pictures.

We started with two completely different vibes. 💗
She brought the pink, the sweet, the color, the gorgeous hair and that smile that basically does all the work.

Milan brought the cool fit, the “I’m just gonna stand right here and look cool” energy...

...and apparently THUMBS UP. 👍

Because somewhere along the way I learned that if Milan is in a picture, there is a VERY good chance a 👍 is coming with him. 😂 And you know what? We document the human, so the thumbs stay.

Then we put these two together and THAT is when their actual story showed up.

👍👍
👎👍
piggyback rides.
Then SWITCH. 😂
Laughing.
Carrying each other ❤️ quite literally.

Which feels pretty appropriate for twins who have probably been carrying, annoying, supporting, competing with and laughing at each other their entire lives.

And can we talk about the M situation?! Both of their first names start with M. Their LAST name starts with M. They’re twins.

Basically, their parents committed to the theme and I respect it. 😂👏

These are the moments I love most about senior sessions. Of course we want the beautiful portrait Mom is going to frame. We want the cool shot they’ll actually post. We want each senior to have their OWN look and personality.

But then I want the stuff in between.

The ridiculous thumbs up.
The sibling picking you up.
The laughing-so-hard-we’re-done moment.
The photo that makes absolutely no sense to anyone else but will make your family laugh 20 years from now.

Because senior year isn’t only about documenting what you look like. It’s about remembering exactly who you were ❤️ and who was right there beside you. ❤️

M + M, you two were FUN.

And Milan... 👍 right back at ya. 😂

Scholar Snaps say more “yep, THAT’S them.” 📸

Every senior doesn’t need a drape, pearls, tux, or the same outfit as everyone else to tell their story. ❤️📸
.
Just a little peek into Chloe’s Class of 2027 senior school session... last week and WOW. ✨
Painted jeans. A simple tank. Stacks of bracelets. A love for fashion, art, and simply being her beautiful self♥️
So instead of asking seniors to fit into a “look,” we let them create one.
You’ll find Chloe laughing on the tire swing, surrounded by bold colors and incredible murals at Camp North End’s Canteen ❤️ because that’s her. That’s where her story comes alive.
That’s what makes Scholar Snaps different.
We don’t hand seniors a script. We don’t tell them what to wear. We don’t force them into the fake backdrop in an assembly line…
We let them choose the clothes that make them feel confident, the locations that match their personality, and we document who they already are.
Because years from now, these images shouldn’t remind them of a photography trend...
They should remind them of themselves.
Thank you, Chloe, for letting us share a small glimpse of your beautiful session. ❤️
Class of 2027... we’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to celebrate more incredible seniors this week! Between senior sessions and sports, our team is having the best summer doing what we love most ❤️ telling your stories.

Caps tossed. Hallways conquered. Childhood officially on “see you later.” 🎓✨

Class of 2026… your galleries are headed out NOW so go check those parent emails 👀📧
And THIS right here is exactly how we do senior sessions at Scholarsnapsllc.
Not stiff.
Not awkward.
Not “stand there and smile.”
We’re talking real laughter echoing through the hallways, walking the school one last time with your people, celebrating the little moments that somehow became the big ones. ❤️
Ellie brought the joy, the personality, and the kind of energy that makes these sessions feel less like picture day and more like documenting a chapter before the page turns.
Authentic. Boutique. Storytelling school photography.
That’s the Scholarsnaps way. 🎓✨
And yes… we have ONE more cap & gown session date happening in June before we officially close out senior seasons for class of 2026👀
.
If you still need your session, just email us.
Class of 2026… we’re so proud of you already.
xoxo

The weather hit 70° and our senior calendar said… it’s go time. 🌸🎓

Spring is almost here and so are the milestones.

Senior sessions. Spring sessions. Senior Breakfast. Commitment Days. Cap & Gown. Graduation ceremonies. We’re gearing up to document every moment from first bloom to final walk across the stage.

Chloe is the perfect reminder of why we do this. A floral dress. A bold bouquet. A quiet, beautiful spirit. And the sweetest addition ❤️ her dad stepping into a few frames. Because senior year is about legacy, support, and the journey that got them here.

This is what makes us different.
We don’t just photograph students.
We tell their stories.

Your senior session should feel authentic ❤️ not staged, not rushed ❤️ but uniquely you.

And since we’re talking flowers and Valentine’s season, go follow one of our favorite charities @watchlovegrowcharlotte 🌷 We promise you’ll fall in love with their mission too.

Proof that spring + siblings = perfection.

A little throwback to last spring sessions 💋 and yes, the sibling magic was very real 🌸
Big bro and his two sisters (who could absolutely pass for twins 😍) showed up dressed to impress and understood the assignment as always.

Spring sessions are all about siblings and friends 🌼 add them on to your session because the more, the merrier. These shared moments? Always worth it. 💖

✨ Sign-ups are coming to your inbox, so be sure to take a peek.

🎓💋 Cap. Gown. Smooch.
Senior cap & gown galleries are all uploaded and headed to an inbox near you… but let’s take a moment for N & B, who made tassels + kisses the cutest combo of the season.
She calls him Ben, the world calls him Benny—either way, young love looks good in a cap and gown. 😍🎓❤️
