I AM A CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE.(check the second slide for it🙈)
A month ago, I had my virtual graduation from @schoolofservice_

A little backstory: I’m a Theatre Arts graduate with a deep love for organization, structure, and intentional execution. I naturally thrive in environments where excellence is the standard.

My journey into executive assistance began when I was handpicked by God through my pastor @joshuabanjo to serve as the second administrator of our church. Watching a close friend @similoluwa._ graduate from the School of Service inspired me to explore the path myself, I followed the program closely, saved up, and enrolled.

The first lesson was a mindset shift, a mental detox preparing me for the discipline, depth, and excellence required. Through the course, I learned:

I am first an executive before an assistant.

I am a strategic partner, not merely support staff.

A world class EA is proactive, not reactive.

The DOER system and Wheel of Life framework.

Excellence is non-negotiable.

I am a person of value, called to consistently add value.

The legal and ethical frameworks guiding both my principal and myself.

Beyond skills, I learned purpose: to be a purpose-driven, Kingdom-minded Executive Assistant. The program included self-assessments, structured personal development, continuous progress tracking, and direct coaching.

My coach, Lady Ker @gusitobby made the journey unforgettable, every class began and ended with prayer, and her accessibility, calls, voice notes, and guidance were invaluable. I vividly remember her helping me prepare for a fire brigade interview, guiding me, and wrapping it all in prayer. What a gift!

I am truly grateful for this experience and excited for what’s still unfolding. If you want to become a world-class professional in executive support or customer service, I highly recommend the next School of Service cohort, you won’t regret it.

A proud School of Service Cohort 4 Alumni 🤭❤
Cheers to 2026! 🥂

Just facilitated an art therapy session for the top to mid-level staff at Trends Place Hotel Abuja, organized by @schoolofservice_

In the hospitality industry, honour is a currency, but it must be cultivated internally first.
Our approach was to move beyond lectures and tap into the foundations of what makes us who we are; giving us something worth protecting in the face of any circumstance.

Art therapy helped us:
- Build personal foundations
- Clarify core values
- Visualize intentional service

Each participant left with both insights and a physical canvas to serve as a reminder of their commitment to lead from abundance, not depletion.

Art helps us get into places in our minds we didn’t know existed, and express where words fail.

DM to explore bringing this transformative experience to your organization.

If there’s one thing I promised myself this year, it was to invest deeply in ME.

I paid for courses. I paid for access. I paid for opportunities that would stretch me, refine me, and move me closer to the kind of woman I’m becoming.

And today, I’m truly proud to share that I’ve completed the Executive Assistant Mastery Course.

I’ve worked as an EA for years, even without certification, but choosing to be trained formally came from a place of intentionality.

I wanted to operate with clarity, excellence, and confidence. And now, holding this certification feels like unlocking a new level of myself.

Becoming a product of The School of Service was not just a decision, it was a commitment to growth. A commitment to being better and standing out.

And if there’s anything this journey has taught me, it’s this: when you invest in yourself, doors you didn’t even know existed begin to open. Your mind expands. Your confidence rises. Your capacity increases. And the world begins to respond differently to you.

If you’ve been thinking about becoming an Executive Assistant or stepping into Executive Service, then prepare for the next cohort. The School of Service will stretch you, shape you, and sharpen you, and you’ll thank yourself for taking the step.

Dreamers, here’s to growth, to excellence, and to the rooms that are waiting for us. 🥂
