Some of last weeks highlights.
No school on Friday meant we got to see some of our Rooster Crew at the 11:30am class. 🙌🙌 Always a good time with them. 💯
Lots of young ones making some gainz while cycling a barbell too. Getting more mechanically proficient every week. 👌🔥👏👏💪💪
Keep up the hard work guys, the progress is real, and you all have very proud coaches! #baddogfitclub #baddogfamily #fitfam #proudcoach

Possibly the cutest thing in social media today is this video and the pics of my last class of the evening yesterday!
I had my little buddies join Carter and Reilly for class, aka miss Miley, miss Kaley, and miss Aubrey. We went over deadlift mechanics as part of an alternating EMOM, aome accessory work, and then a nice WOD to finish with rowing, jump rope, and bike (air squats for the little ones).
These ladies were absolutely fantastic! They are such wonderful young ladies. They are excellent students, and very well manored too. Applause go to the parents. You’ve raised great kids. 💯👌👏👏👏 #baddogfitclub #baddogfamily #fitfam #proudcoach

Solid Monday in the training hall this morning. Todays gun show compliments of Coach Emily and Grace Warnecke! Holy moly ladies! 🔥🙌🙌💪💪👌💯 #sunsoutgunsout
We attacked our week with split jerk and deadlifts for skill/strength and then directly into a fairly long WOD involving rowing, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, and assault bike.
It was extra awesome for this old man since I got to see Ash, the kids, and big E from Kalida. It’s been a while since I’ve had them all together, so it made for a very special day. 💯👊🏼
Outstanding work by everyone! You all have a proud coach. #baddogfitclub #baddogfamily #fitfam #proudcoach

We had a fantastic start to the week yesterday. It was a an aggressive start to the week, but everyone crushed it.
It all starts with some basketball for warmup for the 3:30 class. The kids are wild after being in school all day so it’s nice to let them cut loose for a bit.
Then it’s down to business. We had an alternating EMOM to start with increasing squat cleans and BJ for 10:00. Then it was a tough 15:00 AMRAP filled with burpees, snatches, and thrusters. 😳🥴🤢😂
Great to see Ethan Dickman back on the gain train! First time seeing big E back at the gym in a while cuz he’s very active with school sports teams, but he totally left it all on the floor. Literally… as you can se from his pic. 😂💯🔥👌 He wasn’t alone either. Everyone of these athletes brought out the boom-sticks yesterday.
Really great start to the week guys. You all have proud coaches! #baddogfitclub #baddogfamily #fitfam #proudcoach
