A new and exciting project that finally came to life after countless thoughts, ideas, and a strong desire to create the perfect product for our client — a client who always wants to give her customers nothing but the very best.
We’re so proud of how this project came together and can’t wait to share more! ✨

And of course, we couldn’t set the mood without the warm, beautiful glow of these gorgeous crème candles 🙌🕯️

POV: Your wife has been keeping score since Edition 1 😭📖
4th baby, and Steph is NOT letting up 😂 This time she’s exposing the top 3 ways a loan officer ruins his marriage:
🏥 Working from the hospital room
📋 Leaving to pick up documents
⛳ Golf with @wheres_phil
And the crazy part? She’s still here 🙏😂 God is good and Steph is patient. Tag a loan officer husband who needs to see this

Growthcon was 10/10. Being in a room with top producing LOs was incredible, the energy was unmatched. Getting to hang out with all my GoRascal teammates was everything! The LOs at GoRascal are just different. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming with no signs of ego. We simply have THE BEST leader- @scottvalins who has created a great culture and team of people.

While at the conference I met a bunch of LOs from other shops and when asked who they worked for, it didn’t seem like they were excited or proud. If you aren’t GUSHING about your brokerage or shop, maybe you’re in the wrong place. ✨

Being a loan officer isn’t for a faint of heart. It’ll humble you fast. Deals fall apart. Rules change. People panic.

If you try to do it alone, you probably won’t last. You need people around you who get it. Not fake networking. Real people who stay calm and have been through it.

That’s what keeps you steady so you can actually help clients. If you’re guessing or just reacting, you’re not helping anyone.

With the right people, it gets simpler. You make better calls. You show up better.

That’s how we stay in it. That’s how we win.

TOP OF THE ROCK
.
