We did it again.

Beckmann’s Old World Bakery just brought home 7 awards at the 2026 National Pie Championships. Our best year ever.

🏆 Pumpkin (2 categories)
🏆 Chocolate Pecan
🏆 Peach
🏆 Cherry
🏆Berry Bomb
🏆 Strawberry Rhubarb (our first win ever for this one)

We’re beyond proud and seriously grateful. Representing Santa Cruz on the other side of the country and showing people what we do out here means everything.

Thank you to everyone who supports us, buys our pies, and keeps this thing going. We feel it.

Dropping off pies! Got to see a sneak peek of the pie table as it fills up with more competitors. Excited and looking forward to find out results tonight 😬

A massive thank you to everyone who attended the @collectivesantacruz holiday market, indulged in pie and gingerbread cookies, and showed their support for the community. This is what the holidays are all about.

Our booth's proceeds were donated directly to @secondharvestsantacruz, contributing to 8,538 meals for our local community.

We're thankful for our loyal fans and proud to have been part of this community for over 40 years. Thank you.

2025 has been full already. Dad life, bakery life, and keeping the smoke rolling whenever I can. Huge thanks to everyone who has supported Tony’s House of Smoke and to all the new folks who joined recently.

If you have a minute, please vote for us for Best BBQ in Santa Cruz. Every vote counts.

Link in bio.

Also excited to share what’s next. In 2026, we’re going back to our roots with smoked meats by the pound and easy heat and serve meal kits. We’re partnering with our good friends @cafe_cruz on 41st Ave for a Sunday lunchtime pickups starting late March or mid April.

More details soon. Thanks for being part of the journey.
