Need some post-workout protein? @scorchedph in SM North EDSA has the meats! Ordered the OM-1 which comes with Smoked USDA Beef and Aglio Olio topped with Smoked Pulled Pork. Each bite was sweet and tangy with the accompaniment of their Smokey Sweet BBQ sauce. Choco Ala Mode, Americano, and Mucho Mango Mocktail was ordered aswell to round out the meal. Cheap and effective 4.5/5⭐️

There are easy days, and then there are days when your soul just screams for sizzling, savory, unapologetically oily comfort food. When those cravings hit, nothing cures the mood quite like a steaming hot plate of beef sisig paired with a refreshing cucumber lemon quencher.
Let's talk about facts for a second: the beef sisig was an absolute 11/10—crispy at the edges, packed with rich flavor, and best eaten over a mountain of hot white rice. And the best part? Despite the long wait during our previous visit, the staff at SM Grand Central were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and kind this time around. Major kudos to the team for turning things around and delivering amazing customer service!
Protect your peace, enjoy your food, and give credit where credit is due. Drop a 🥩 in the comments if you're craving this right now!
