Everything we did this weekend of yoga teacher training. Dove into anatomy head first and we made a decent amount of progress. Learned lots of poses adjustments and alignments. These weekends are long and tiring but I wouldn’t change it for the world they light me up and I am so proud of this group for putting in the work being receptive and wanting to learn and grow. Keep it up we’re only getting started 😌🤍
