If you would’ve asked me at any point in my career, if I would be in front of a camera talking to people on a regular basis about Real Estate, I would’ve laughed at you. But, this is why you never say never. Here I am.

I am starting a podcast called First Impressions, under the Raising Real Estate Standards umbrella. I’m grateful for the encouragement from Brian and Mark Mann to step outside of my comfort zone. I’m taking the bull by its horns and making it happen, as I love a challenge and learning new things. So, I’ll see you soon and hope it brings value to you and your business!

All four major platforms - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok - can now remember previous conversations. But you need to be specific.

For example: Don’t say “continue the last chat.” Say “I was discussing market analysis for downtown properties. We ended on pricing trends. Continue that work where we left off.”

Without detail, the AI won’t know where to pick up. The more specific you are about which conversation and what part matters, the better it references your past work.

Prompting is how you ask the LLM the question and give it instruction. Structure matters.

We naturally want to keep it brief - a few words, quick and done. But the model needs detail to give you what you want. Define the LLM’s role, your specific need, and the output format you’re looking for in your initial request.

More detail in means better results out. Inputs equal outputs.

In the most recent episode of the @contentlabpodcast @bownmedia and @taskforcemediagroup were talking about working through client rejection. I know I should just not take it so personal when a potential client rejects my proposal or gives me harsh feedback but it’s difficult as a new business owner and starting a new career to get emotional.

I’d love to hear how other people mentally work through those situations.
