POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well, this is a weird @plamorballroom post considering it's on a Friday and I only had 10 photos to post.

Why only 10 photos you ask? I took a film camera down a couple of months ago to play with in low-light situations. I only had one film camera with a roll of 400 speed film in it, so I was limited to 36 photos tops. 😅

I finally had enough full rolls of film last week to make it worth the trip to Rockbrook Camera to get them developed. I just got them back today, so enjoy! 😀

Since I won't be in town for New Years, I decided I would go down to Lincoln for some @plamorballroom dancing while I can! I'm headed to Florida tomorrow for the holiday and warmer weather, so don't feel too bad for me.

The semi-retirement continues for the foreseeable future. It mostly means I'll be out whenever I can, but not too frequently unless my schedule permits. This is due to church and Miss Amazing work taking up more of my time nowadays.

Outside of that, the next time I plan on being at Pla-Mor is on January 18th! With my work schedule picking back up after that, I probably won't be out at Pla-Mor until late February or early March.

So what better way to start fall in Nebraska than to have your favorite @plamorballroom photographer out getting all the best shots? I finally have everything caught up, so I figured I could come out and take some photos and dance a bit.

For those who don’t already know, I do a lot of work for @nebraskamissamazing, and we’re looking for volunteers for our upcoming AMPLIFY event on October 25th and 26th. As I’m behind the camera most of the time that week, it’s hard for me to help out the rest of our team. You don’t have to commit to both days, but we won’t say no to you doing so! More info is on my website!

As for Pla-Mor appearances, I’ll make one more on October 5th for the foreseeable future. My October is pretty busy, so I’m not sure I can make it out very much until November.

So again I overslept, therefore all the @plamorballroom photos are a bit late again. Whoopsies! 😅 Other than that, this past Sunday was a great send-off to summer despite all the thunderstorms we had. 😀

So what does retirement for me look like? Well, it looks like more dancing than anything. You'll still see me at Pla-Mor, but I'll be out there to dance more than take photos. I'll still take photos here and there, but I'm excited to see who takes it over and where they take it! I'll be out there just to dance on June 1st and 8th, but I'll likely be out taking photos a few times during the summer. June looks to be solid for a few photo appearances along with August, but September and October are likely to be hectic enough I may not make it out much.

Other than that, I should have the videos I took last night posted on Wednesday. Thank you all for being a part of this journey, and I can't wait to see where things go next! 😁

So I managed to have the mental energy to go to the @plamorballroom last night, but I slept in so that's why the photos are later than expected. Fortunately, my workload should be caught up the next few weeks so I won't be as crazy busy as to overload myself. I'll still be busy, but not insanely so. 😅

I'm going to try to come out regularly now until May 18th, so let me know in the comments which weeks you want to see me out there! Other than that, my next appearance that I know of will be on May 4th. I hope to see you then!

So normally I try to get all your @plamorballroom photos done before 8:00am because I start my day job at that time but I have today off so I took it slow. Also because I took a whole bunch more than I thought and it took me time to get through them all. 😅

So I had a couple of friends take several photos at the end of the night of me dancing along with some others. It's my day off, so I just don't feel like pointing all of them out. 😂 Thank you to Cody and Jessalyn for doing that! 😁

So, I'm probably not going to make it a four-peat just due to this upcoming weekend being insanely busy for me. I'll see you next on September 15th! 😁

It's that time of the day! The photos would've been uploaded sooner, but I overslept a bit (not much) and I had so many photos from the @plamorballroom last night to go through! It took me longer than expected since going through over 600+ photos can take some time. 😅

I don't have a super busy June, so I plan on trying to be at Pla-Mor as much as I can as I do have a crazy July. I probably will only be out at Pla-Mor once in July (likely July 14th) as I will be in Chicago from the 21st through the 30th.

Other than that, you can count on seeing me next on June 23rd. See you then! 😁

I may need to drive to Sidney, Nebraska and back today, but that didn't stop me from going to the @plamorballroom last night! It was a blast as I haven't danced that much in ages as a lot of old faces were back in town.

I had a few grad parties yesterday to go to, so I had no energy to switch out of the shorts I was wearing. Fortunately I did get enough energy to get all the photos edited last night so I can get on the road pretty early this morning.

You can count on seeing me next on June 9th. I don't have a super busy June, so I plan on trying to be at Pla-Mor as much as I can as I do have a crazy July.

P.S. If you want to know why I look like I pulled off a real-life Benjamin Button, it's because I'm raising money for charity by trying to grow a mustache. More information can be found on my fundraising page at https://m4kfundraiser.org/MichaelStark . Just trying to help support my awesome Nebraska Miss Amazing peeps!
