CREATIVITY TAUGHT ME: PROCESS WILL KEEP YOU GOING. Episode 3

Passion might get you started, but process is what keeps you moving.

Build the habit now.
Create the structure now.
Keep showing up.
Keep creating.
Keep growing.

You will not always feel inspired. But when you have a process, you do not have to wait for inspiration to do the work.

Comment “PASSION” if you are choosing to keep creating.

Really been alot of Septembers since the day I announced myself into earth with a wail.

Still here, still grateful, still smiling and still moving through life like an ocean, calm waters and rough tides alike.

I don’t call myself an artist, and this isn’t part of some grand rollout. It’s simply a song for this moment.

A reflection on life, where I’ve been, where I am, and where I’m headed. The past, the present, and the future all wrapped into a few melodies.

If any part of it feels familiar, then maybe it was meant for you too.

🎵 September 8th - Big T

PS: This song WILL be uploaded to Spotify stay tuned 🤭

Most people do not realize they are just one asthma attack away from a medical emergency.
At the University of Lagos, we discovered that many students treat asthma awareness as mere information instead of a call to action. They ignore the early warning signs until it is too late. Asthma is one health crisis that hides in plain sight.
With the joint effort of Storytide and Asthmacation, we are reminding everyone that knowledge can save a life. Not every health emergency starts in a hospital, some begin with symptoms that are ignored, misunderstood, or never discussed.
We urge you to be attentive to your environment and to the people around you. Do not overlook the quiet person who might be struggling in silence. Check on them. Be present.
If you live with asthma or know someone who does, we want to hear your story. Join us on the podcast INHALE • EXHALE • SURVIVE, a safe space to share experiences, lessons, and hope.

AWARENESS IS NOT INFORMATION. AWARENESS IS INTERVENTION.

Today, Nigeria celebrates Democracy Day. A day meant to remind us that power belongs to the people, that freedom has a voice, and that hope can shape a nation, yet for many Nigerians, democracy feels incomplete.

Families fear insecurity, farmers cannot safely work their land, mothers pray for children to return home unharmed, and young people worry more about survival than opportunity, we are reminded that democracy is more than elections.

It is safety, it is dignity, it is accountability, it is the freedom to live without fear. As we celebrate today, may we also reflect on the Nigeria we are still BUILDING, a nation where power truly serves the people.

Happy Democracy Day, Nigeria 🇳🇬
