✨The Runaway Bride 5K✨ My best friend/sister/running partner for life @hmstutz planned the most perfect 5K run for our wedding guests, ending at the oldest bakery in Paris. This being the official start to our wedding weekend felt like a dream come true. One of the biggest reasons I fell in love with Paris is the beauty of running through the streets and experiencing the city well before so many are awake. Getting to share that with our loved ones was the most special experience. I will never forget the Course d’Amour🤍 *and yes as you can see I thoroughly enjoy giving hugs :)

I can’t believe it’s already been a week. ❤️ Time has flown by, but the memories from this beautiful weekend will stay with us forever. Michael and Presley, this was truly one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever been to. From the moments before, to the ceremony, to the celebration after—everything was absolutely perfect. Your wedding wasn’t just a celebration of your love, it was a reflection of the beautiful people you are and the incredible family and friends you surround yourselves with. I told Presley at the wedding that she has such a pure heart, overflowing with love, and it showed in every detail of your special day. Paris was all the more magical visiting for the first time to be able to join in celebrating Presley and Miz’s love. I feel honored to be able to be included in their journey of love. A year ago I was training for this race and ready to crush it and break 1:40 for the first time in a while. Life had other plans. A few weeks before race day, I went to my annual OBGYN check up (do not skip those)!!!! and I had a doctor tell me there was a large mass in my body that needed to be removed immediately and that I would be referred to oncology for this. 5 days later I was in surgery, scared, and definitely not able to run for quite a bit. Thankfully, I am okay and healthy now. However, this experience changed me at a fundamental level. I am still processing it all and haven’t fully figured out yet how to move completely past it. What I do know is that today was an expression of joy, a celebration of my healthy body, a return to me as an ATHLETE - not afraid to push the limits of what I believe is possible for myself in this sport. I will always run with heart and gratitude, but sharing the course with so many of my best friends made it even more special. @hmstutz @maddiewacker @moussiak I love you so much. From my heart to each and every heart that entrusted me to guide the way on our Tulum retreat, thank you will never be enough to describe the deep sea of gratitude I’m swimming in. I feel so lucky to have witnessed countless moments of vulnerability, intense realizations and breakthroughs, and powerful connections and friendships that will undoubtedly last long after our time in Tulum. Being a host of The Retreat gave me an opportunity to step into my power in a bigger way than I ever have before and I feel so much more confident in my ability to lead through unknowns and adversity. I am in complete alignment with my purpose doing this work — and none of it would be possible without the nudge of trust you gifted me. It excites me to say: this is just the beginning. I am still in awe of the magic we created together during our time in Tulum. Hosting this retreat was a dream of mine, but it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you.
