2026 is right around the corner. ​ ​Remember, nobody gets to put baby in a box or corner. ​ This is your year . ​ ​ Clean house of anyone who does not support you or sincerely wish you the best in your life. ​ ​It’s time to surround yourself with the people who are really there for you, cheering you on and thinking damn girl, look at you! ​ ​Don’t be afraid to throw the baby out with the old bath water. ​ ​t’s okay to leave your past life behind and begin again. ​ ​𝘼 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩…. ​ ​A fluid, continuous shaping of your life anyway you see fit. ​ ​𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢, 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚’𝙨. ​ ​Then hang out a new shingle. ​ ​Just because… ​ ​Drop the rest… ​ ​If you want peace, learn how to hold space for it. ​

It only takes one moment. For everything to quickly shift, in one direction or another. 
Yesterday we witnessed a moment in history, in our country that took a turn for the worst. Tremors of this unfathomable event and exhibit of pure evil, were heard around the world. ​Many of us sitting in shock and disbelief. How did we get here? And more importantly, where do we go from here? ​
I am sitting with so much grief and fear right now. ​But I am also reminding myself of who I am, as I continue to figure out how I can contribute in being a part of turning this nightmare around. I am still choosing to hold possibility and a better way forward, as the lens I look through. To see new potential for OUR country 🇺🇸, that moves from heart, courage, compassion and the light, not the darkness. To make room for ALL people committed to the light. ​ I believe that one inspired action, leads to another, and will inspire so many others to take a step forward. ​. 
Tomorrow I am opening up a community call from 4:30 to 5:30 where all are welcome.
A place to come together, link arms and support each other, while we hold space for our grief, sadness, anger and for many or us, this sense of helplessness and hopelessness that we are all struggling with. ​
I’d love to discuss what we can do, what part we can play, no matter how small it may seem, to take daily actions in our own communities to stand for the light and the good that I know still exists in the USA and in the world. ​Instead of fighting AGAINST the darkness that is happening in our country, it’s time to start STANDING for what is right and good, and take inspired action. ​

Unexpected things happen in life that can throw us for a complete loop. ​ ​​Often when this happens, we can take a moment to catch our breath, and process what’s happening, then make a plan. ​​ ​​Cancer is not one of those things. ​​ ​​I remember the first few weeks after my diagnosis, I was still in shock. ​ ​ I kept thinking they got it wrong. ​​ ​​Other people got cancer, not me. ​​ ​​I went silent, pretty much everywhere. ​​ ​​I did not want to be asked the same questions over and over again. ​​ ​​And I definitely didn’t want to talk about cancer. ​​ ​​I was struggling, I couldn’t process any of it. ​​ ​​All I could handle at the time was one day at a time, participating in what felt like a completely surreal experience. ​ ​The notion that life as I knew it would never be the same again did not sink in until recently. ​​ ​​And although the old me is gone, I do not have a clear sense of who I’m becoming. ​ ​​Many days that uncertainty feels all too much and way too raw. ​​ ​​But what i’m learning is that sometimes, there are parts of ourselves that need to die off, in order for new parts of ourselves to be born. ​​ ​​What has worked for us in the past, no longer applies. ​​ ​​We are put in a position of finding a brand new way, which kinda excites me. ​​ ​​New tools, new approach, new ways of being in the world ​​ ​​Life is constantly inviting us to be who we are intended to be. ​​ ​​All we need to do is pay attention and muster up the courage to take the journey. ​​ ​​All love, ​​𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘺♥️ ​​ ​​#cancer #uncertainty #courage #faith #trust #mindsetcoach #spiritualcoach #teacher #yesyoucan #keepgoing #breastcancer ​​

​A number of years ago I attended a five day yoga training in NYC with my teacher. ​ ​Being an eager student, I was ready for more. I wanted to add to my skills and hours, that would lead me to becoming a master teacher. ​ ​At the end of the five days, I went up to my teacher to say "thank you" and give him a hug. ​ ​He squeezed my hand, and simply said " Be happy". ​I was taken aback, and quickly reacted with " I am happy". ​ ​He said nothing, and just smiled at me. ​I knew right there and then he saw something within me, I had yet to acknowledge. ​What he shared as his seeing, was still living in my blind spot. ​ ​I wanted to fight back, tell him he was wrong. ​Instead, I made a conscious choice to sit with and consider what he said as a real possibility. ​I remember feeling so embarrassed, what a moment of vulnerability. ​ ​It takes courage to disrupt our need to be right, and so that our eyes allow us to see and our ears become open to the truth. ​It also takes time to see and hear the things that will disrupt our old patterns, behaviors and what we have known to be true as our belief system for so many years. ​But when we commit to doing the work, and being brutally honest with ourselves, life opens up a whole new world of possibilities for us that would have never happened if we did not take that step forward into the unknown. ​ ​Give yourself the time you need, but not too much time, otherwise thoughts take over and intuition steps back. ​ ​Always be conscious of your options, and remember, every choice you make is courageous. ​ ​Need some help getting clarity, we should talk. ​Never forget you are already wise and know, one call is often enough. ​ ​Go ahead and set up a call.
