The best part of building Arbonne is the friendships and relationships you build along the way. Carleeta was already a top income earner when I started with Arbonne. At the time our businesses were worlds apart. In my mind I was capable. I was going to build a business like the leaders I admired and I’d be at their table. Over the 2 decades I’ve built the business, earned the trips and became part of the 1% of the 1%. As a result I was in proximity with the best. There is this thing called the law of association. We become a sum of the 5 people we hang around the most. I thank God that Carleeta is one of my friends I hang around with the most. She inspires me in my faith, my family, my business, my mindset. Each time I’m with her I feel like a million bucks. She makes me a better person. Friends if you spend time with people who make excuses, complain, blame and justify your life and business will mirror what you spend time with.
The trip is over. Everyone has gone and we reserved last night to spend the 4 of us just talking and dreaming for 4 hours as we watched the Maui sunset and ate the most amazing meal. We spent this morning at breakfast doing the same!
Want to know our biggest ah ha. As a result of building Arbonne consistently over decades we get to live a retired life while STILL building our business. We get to spend time with our kids whenever we want. We get to travel whenever we want. We get to be where it matters most whenever we want. We get to share this business with others and teach them to do the same! That’s what happens when you realize your time and your life are more important than the opinions of others. When you keep going when it feels hard. When you lean in when others pull back.
We are on a mission to help as many as we can build Arbonne for choices!!!
My time with my family isn’t up for negotiation. I’d love to help you do the same!

There is nothing like starting each year off in Maui. Every single day starts off perfect and ends beautifully.
The sunsets take your breath away. Goal setting poolside is everything. Learning and growing alongside leaders who are committed to serve and make a difference in the world. I love my life and I love the ones I live it with 🤍🧡
