For those of you who are in Denmark, you can still view our film online on Para:Dox, until 5 April (link in bio)

To mark the special occasion, we want to share our beautiful poster, designed by the brilliant @Scottwool.

By popular demand, an additional screening of CONSCIOUS has been added after two sold-out screenings at CPH:DOX!

If you missed out the first time, here’s your chance to join us for a beautiful and moving exploration of human consciousness:

📅 Date: Tuesday 24th March at 7:15 PM
📍 Location: Empire Bio
🔗 Tickets: https://cphdox.dk/film/conscious/

A film by Suki Chan

CONSCIOUS is a hopeful and cinematic experience, taking us closer to understanding the strength and frailty of the human mind.

Music by Dominik Scherrer, an Ivor Novello Award-winning composer.

A co-production between Conscious Productions and Aconite Productions.

Thank you to our partners, funders, contributors and collaborators who has supported the journey and helped bring this film to life: @screenscots @britishfilminstitute @thedocsociety @sundanceorg | Sandbox Fund @cphdox

To celebrate the World Premiere of CONSCIOUS at CPH:DOX, we collaborated with designer Scott Woolston to create these beautiful limited-edition bookmarks.

A small printed piece to hold a place - in a book, and perhaps in memory.

The purple ribbon references dementia awareness, which feels especially meaningful as two of the film’s contributors, Anil Seth and Wendy Mitchell, are also authors whose writing has helped deepen public conversations around consciousness and lived experiences of dementia.

These signed and numbered bookmarks will be available for audiences attending our last screening at CPH:Dox festival, this Friday at 4.45pm, Dagmar Teatret. Please come and pick one up!

Link to book tickets in bio.

Thanks to our funders for their continued support of CONSCIOUS! 💕

Maybe they inspire you to give our Jaws: Captain Quint episode ago. We talk all things Jaws, the original summer blockbuster, and pitch a Captain Quint prequel/spin-off TV show.

“Welcome to the UK” - that’s the line we wrote and that’s the line we’ve been peddling every time we share this short. But it was never written with pride. Still angry. Still writing. Still in favour overthrowing this criminal government.

Signing off on this one but please watch and share. Thank you again to everyone involved and to report signs of exploitation and modern slavery please call - 08000 121 700

Be nice to each other. Ta 🤝
