An honour to work with @werner_bronkhorst on his latest collection, HIGH.

Together with @redbull we headed to the UK and took this project to new heights — literally. Werner live-painted on a platform suspended beneath a hot air balloon while we flew past in our wingsuits. 🪂🎨

And now, the entire collection has gone even higher and is on display at @redbullhangar7 . 🚀

Go check it out!

For years I was the only woman on the @redbullairforce. In Namibia, I wasn’t. 👯

Back in April I spent a week at the annual Red Bull Global Aerial Performance Camp with people who fly pretty much anything: skydivers, paraglider pilots, balloonists, helicopter pilots, a jetman, hang glider pilots and more.

It was also my first camp with @flywithkatiehansen as my teammate. We’ve been friends for decades, so that one felt pretty good.

Lots of talk about women in sport lately. Our RBAF team quietly went from one woman to two 😎 If you’re a girl watching this, go plan your spot. 🫡

Shout out to the other incredible women at camp, all pushing our sport forward: @amberforte_, @kuczynska.maja, @kyrapoh and @corinnaflies, @celine_lorenz_, @freefallfish and @soso_grill

Who are you skydiving for?

Your Nan? Mom or Dad? Your college or childhood friends? A sibling? Or are you doing it just for you?

Whatever the reason, what matters the most is that you took the leap.

BMW Wingsuit Projects 🙌

A throwback to some of the projects I did with @bmw between 2017 and 2022.

Really cool to look back at these adventures and everything we created together.

Our first @RedBull production is LIVE. 🪽🎈🚁

17 cameras.
3 Red Bull wingsuit athletes.
1 helicopter.
1 hot-air balloon.
And @werner_bronkhorst painting a British sunrise 3,000ft in the air.

Months of planning, building, testing and rigging all came down to one 3AM wake-up call and a very small weather window.

This was one of those projects we dream about; ambitious, slightly ridiculous and only possible with an incredible team of people behind it.

A huge thank you to @jon.c.knight & @patigarcia1 for trusting us with the madness - and especially Werner for allowing us to strap an unreasonable number of cameras to him. 🤣

Big love to @steveejt and @thehotairballoonco for keeping us safe, airborne and very well fed.

Safe to say, Red Bull gave us wings on this one.

🎬 Please enjoy our 90-second Director’s Cut….

Then head over to @werner_bronkhorst to see how the final masterpiece came together.

We got our Red Bull moment.

I’m terrified every time

Five years ago, I thought BASE jumping was for people braver than me. Now I’m standing on cliffs weekly, stomach in knots, hands shaking.

People see the jump and think I must be fearless. That’s not what’s happening.

I’m scared. Every single time. The difference is I’ve learned fear doesn’t have to stop me.

Before each jump, there’s a moment where everything in me wants to walk away. My brain lists every reason this is a bad idea. Then I ask myself one question: will I regret not trying?

That question is bigger than the fear.

I didn’t overcome my fear. I just decided my goals were more important. Training for Battling Monsters, learning to jump and climb in Patagonia, becoming someone I’m proud of. Those dreams don’t wait for me to feel brave.

You don’t need to be fearless. You just need to be willing to jump scared.

Can you believe this way exists to do a first skydive?

By happenstance I ended up filming this @skyvibration wingsuit tandem over the Eiger in Switzerland, along with @scotty__fly . When I started flying wingsuits, flying over the Eiger was one of my original goals, which took years. Now it’s accessible for anyone 🤯

My first job in skydiving ever was filming tandems. I never thought I’d be posting one on my insta, but this was too cool not to share.

Send to someone you want to fly a wingsuit from a helicopter with!

Let us show you why we love what we do.

Jumping from a helicopter means the journey on the way up is almost as exciting as the ride back down. We get up close to the mountains and get access to the most unbelievable views.

We also get to jump somewhere not possible from a plane. We don't need an airfield or a long runway. Just a helicopter and a sense of adventure. We can jump directly over Interlaken, with lakes below and mountains stretching out all around us.

The freefall is three-dimensional. The mountains grow beside you, and the view changes every second.

And most importantly: We get to share this experience with you, every single day.

Why do we jump from helicopters and not from planes? 🚁

You can't experience this moment with a plane.

Stepping onto the skid, feeling the wind in your face with the Swiss Alps opening up below you, and realising what you're about to do.

It's moments like these that we live for.
