What’s one thing YOU had to leave behind to become the person you’re trying to become?

Drop it below. 👇🏾

I GOT SHOT BY THE COPS.

I used to sell drugs.

And I’m not proud of every chapter of my story.

But I also refuse to let the worst parts of my past be the only parts people know about me.

At the end of 2020 going into 2021, I had a conversation with God.

I basically said:

“Help me take this business to another level, and I’ll leave the streets alone for good.”

And then I made a decision.

I BET ON ME.

I stopped looking backwards.
I stopped splitting my energy.
I stopped trying to live in two different worlds.

I put that same hustle…
that same hunger…
that same drive…
that same refusal to quit…

into BUSINESS.

And 2021 became the first year I made six figures.

That changed something in me.

Because once I saw what was possible doing something LEGITIMATE…

I didn’t want to go back.

God showed me another way.
Business showed me another way.
Skills showed me another way.

And now I want to show somebody else another way too.

That’s part of why I’m building Earn With Your Hands™.

Because some people don’t need more motivation.

They need DIRECTION.

They need EXPOSURE.

They need a SKILL.

They need somebody to show them that the same hustle they’re using in the wrong direction can be redirected toward something that can actually build their future.

I DIDN’T LOSE THE HUSTLE.

I CHANGED WHAT I WAS HUSTLING FOR. 🎯

And these God given gifts right here… 👐🏾

I NEED THESE.

They helped me build.
They helped me earn.
They helped me change my life.

Now I’m trying to use them to help somebody coming behind me do the same.

📖 LETTERS FROM GOD | Financial Support — Pt. 1
Money Is a Resource. I Am Your Source.

My child…

I know you’ve been thinking about money.

The bills.
The responsibilities.
The family depending on you.
The things you need.
The things you want to provide but can’t right now.

And sometimes the numbers simply don’t seem to add up.

But maybe this season isn’t only asking you to pray for more.

Maybe it’s asking you to recognize provision differently.

Because provision doesn’t always arrive as money.

Sometimes it’s an opportunity.
Sometimes it’s a connection.
Sometimes it’s an idea.
Sometimes it’s the discipline to say no.
Sometimes it’s the humility to ask for help.
Sometimes it’s wisdom showing you how to better steward what you already have.

We can become so focused on asking God for a financial miracle that we overlook the resources He’s already placed around us.

Matthew 6 reminds us that our Heavenly Father knows what we need.

That doesn’t mean we ignore our responsibilities.

We still plan.
We still work.
We still budget.
We still make difficult decisions.

But we don’t have to allow a number in an account to determine whether or not we have peace.

Because there’s a difference between a resource and a Source.

A job is a resource.
A paycheck is a resource.
A client is a resource.
A business is a resource.
An opportunity is a resource.

Resources can change.

The Source doesn’t.

So if you’re carrying financial pressure today, this letter is for you.

Keep praying.
Keep working.
Keep your eyes open.

Provision may not arrive wearing the clothes you expected.

And remember:

Money is a resource.
God is the Source.
Never confuse the two.

@scottybanx TALKING COMMON SENSE!
Yeah we understand it, we talking about it because it exists. We talk about things as a self defence, and in rap, it’s an exchange of words of who is better at defending themselves against thieves, attackers, con artists, scheming women, bullies, opposing rappers, neighborhoods and crooked police. It’s a competition of word play, who can inflict the most pain, make the most money and be the most misogynistic, based on the unfortunate impact of the negatives of street life. But now that you’ve “spoken” about it, what are you going to “DO” about it? A lot of of the best bars are about the problem and rarely about the SOLUTION! 🫵👑‼️ @scottybanx LETS @letsrapaboutitpodcast ABOUT IT!!!
