One of my favorite sneakers in recent years is the 2025 @laams.nyc “Please Post Bills” Nike Air Force One. Inspired by New York City’s green construction plywood walls covered in “Post No Bills” signs, which LAAMS flips to “Please Post Bills”. Some of the finer details include a neon green/vault green outsole hit nodding to DJ Clark Kent’s famous 112 pack, a Lower East Side map printed on the tongue tag, and a collage of past LAAMS flyers on the interior insoles. During ComplexCon, i got to interview two fellas who helped make The Block a special place in LA with their latest collaboration. I talked with @scottyselv from LAAMS, and the legendary artist, @mr_stash about the latest collaboration between @laams.nyc x Stash on the AF1. The collaboration was a huge success as the sneakers were practically all gone before Saturday even ended. I got to ask these two gentlemen how they felt in the moment, along with asking Stash, what it is about LAAMS that made him want to work on this project with them🗽🎙️

Another ComplexCon in the books! Every year I go to @complexcon to see how far the podcast has come within this space. I went from asking people to check out @myfirstkickspod. To asking if they’d be a guest, to people asking me when they’d be a guest. Grateful for everyone that stopped me and said what up. Thankful for everyone who took the time to talk to me. “THIS IS WHAT ALL OF NEW YORK LOOK LIKE🗽” NYC showed Los Angeles what a whole movement looks like this past weekend at ComplexCon with The Block installation by @laams.nyc. Featuring some of the best creatives and designers, New York’s future has to offer and they were all in full effect. The energy was amazing and you never knew who you might see on the block. Real culture and legendary link ups was on display this weekend. It really felt like we brought the block from New York, to Los Angeles. Watching every brand on the block shine and get their moment this weekend was inspiring to see. They all genuinely deserved it for the work they put in to get here. I’m beyond grateful to LAAMS for the opportunity to travel to LA for the first time and be a part of this legendary moment. With the way things been going too, I’m sure this won’t be the last🗽🎙️.
