It’s time!

Registration is OPEN for the Youth/Junior Meet and we’re mixing this up with a Sunday competition. Registration cost is $40 and a 25/26 season membership will be required if you haven’t already purchased one.

This event is open to all ages, including Seniors and Masters athletes and we’ve got many new and experienced lifters from the Kilostalk Weightlifting Club that are up for the challenge.

We’ve got big plans to make this event a great one for the athletes and one that all spectators and volunteers can appreciate 😎

HERE WE GO!

After a video reviews, score adjustments, and rounds of invites, Scott has officially accepted his invitation to compete at the WheelWod Adaptive CrossFit Games! 👏

The event will take place in Las Vegas, NV, from September 12-14th and Coach Jason along with some of Scott’s fans will be joining to support him.

In the coming weeks, Scott will be continuing to join us in class with some extra accessory work to supplement his training, if you’d like to support him and join him for some extra work (and maybe give him a little push) feel free to keep him going!

Congratulations, Scott! We’re proud of you and wish you the best of luck!

The first day at the 2025 Masters Nationals did not disappoint! Scott went 5/6 (slight press-out on his second snatch) and placed second overall in the nation in the 79kg M55 class. Great job and congratulations on a strong finish to the season!

Adaptive CrossFit Games Semifinals Athlete Scott Bell representing CrossFit CL!

Scott completed the gruelling four workouts for his shot at advancing to the Adaptive CrossFit Games this September. We have one workout to re-do tomorrow at 5pm if anyone wants to cheer him on but we’re hopeful he’s done enough to advance to the Games.

Great work Scott!

Forgot to post these photos of our windup party we had at @citylimits_brewing Our boy Vinny tried to teach us how to play craps (side note…he made this table!). I still don’t think it’s possible to know how to play craps. Thanks again for the hospitality, City Limits! #sandlot #baseball #sandlotbaseball #sandlotrevolution #bridgecitybluejays #trylesssmilemore
