✨ Resilience Through Release ✨
This Sunday, we gather not to hold it together… but to let it fall away.

There is a strength that comes from pushing through.
And then there is a deeper strength — the kind born when you soften, exhale, and surrender what no longer serves you.

Resilience Through Release is a guided sound bath experience designed to help you:
🌿 Gently unravel stored tension
🌕 Clear emotional weight you’ve been carrying in silence
💫 Reconnect to the calm power within you
🕊️ Rise lighter, steadier, clearer

Through crystal bowls, grounding frequencies, and intentional stillness, we create space for your nervous system to reset and your spirit to recalibrate.

You don’t have to be “strong” here.
You just have to show up.

This is your permission to release.
And in that release… rediscover your resilience.

🌙🐉✝️✨ Sound Bath: Resilience Through Release ✨✝️🐉🌙
🗓 March 1, 2026
⏰ 6:00 PM
📍 1040 S. Los Angeles St, Unit 9
💵 $55 per person
⚠️ Limited to 8 guests – First come, first serve

As we move through a sacred season observed by many…

🌙 Ramadan – reflection, discipline, purification
🐉 Lunar New Year – renewal, intention, new beginnings
✝️ Lent – sacrifice, surrender, spiritual alignment

This is a powerful time for community.

No matter your faith, background, or belief system, we gather in shared intention — to release what no longer serves us and build resilience together.

Through grounding frequencies, vibrational healing, and intentional presence, this intimate sound bath is designed to:

✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Support emotional release
✨ Create inner clarity
✨ Strengthen collective connection

Resilience isn’t about carrying everything alone.
It’s about knowing when to soften… and allowing yourself to be supported.

Only 8 spaces available to keep this container sacred and intentional.

📩 DM @holisticbodyworkbyibrahim to reserve your spot.
Your payment secures your space.

Let’s come together in unity.
Different paths. Shared humanity. One community.
