This is only a small highlight of Spring 2025 semester, but it was AMAZING!! While curriculums are changing and challenges are happening…we urge you to never take for granted the time you get to spend in school. This is for all of you, that took it one day at time, mastered one lesson at a time, and stepped your game up, one level at a time. It’s been a pleasure being with you on this journey and we hope you all have a great Summer. And let’s hope, this teacher, taught you a little something. 🥰🥰Corbett-out. #community #studentengagement #jcsualumni #hbcu #communication #storytelling #hbculove #hbcupride #hbculearningcommunity #teachoutsidethebox #learningbeyondtheclassroom

On Christmas morning, we said goodbye to my incredible grandmother, Odean, at the age of 102. Her life was a testament to love, resilience, and the strength of family. She touched so many lives, including mine, in ways that words alone can’t capture.

I brought her story to life in a unique way, celebrating the remarkable woman she was and the love she shared with all of us.

This short video has been my way of processing grief and paying tribute to someone who meant the world to me. I hope it reflects the beauty of her life and the deep impact she had on everyone who knew her. #102yearsold #grandmotherslove #easttexaslife #countryroots
