We’re taking MALLORY’S GHOST back to MAINE with @miffmaine — July 17 & 18

Exactly this time 2 years ago we were shooting in Maine, only to return 7 months later to get the winter pick-ups. We were very hot, very cold, inspired by the beauty, and challenged daily. Making a movie is a big scary monster but everyone on this crew held an impossibly high standard, and that’s what made it possible. So glad it’s coming home to the place and people that made it.

**Award-winning night for @themermaidmovie

Our amazing director, @soudabeh_moradian won the Best Director award at @marinadelreyff 🏆hats off to her! ✨

I’m so grateful to be part of this beautiful film. It’s one of those roles every actress dreams of — bold, emotional, and full of depth.

At a time when so many projects lean on big names to sell, Soudabeh took a risk choosing me as the lead. That means everything.

This production is all about bravery, women power, philosophy , psychology and the art of movie making. I’m proud to be a part of it. ✨
It also blessed me with the joy of working alongside incredible cast and crew, my acting partners @thomkmiller @nataliedevincentiis (our beautiful mysterious mermaid) @mefiworld & @jeremytoddshinder

And behind the camera @alexmendezginer who made each scene captured lik a wonder; @ghazalyousefi.___ @chachankole @shonnardhedges @script___tease and so many beautiful people ❤️🙏🏻

With enchanting voice of @mamakkhademofficial AND breathtaking story of @naghmeh_samini

Fall 2022 I had the chance to go film a feature in Maine (never did I think I’d spend weeks on a lobster boat lol) ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 we had an absolute amazing cast and crew, and I am very grateful to be part of this team! Maine will always have a place in my heart! Thank you to department head Jojo proud, Candace and @jameskhanlarian for bringing me on! Here are some of my fav pics from this project! 🦞🦞

A year ago today, we wrapped principal photography on The Mermaid. Now, at its final post-production stage, it’s ready to begin its festival circuit soon. Big thank you to everyone who made this meaningful journey possible! This behind-the-scenes glimpse represents just a fragment of our collective efforts.

#ThankYou to everyone involved on this film and for making me feel welcomed. It really is far and few between when you meet an awesome cast & crew and this film proved it.
