👏👏👏 We’re pleased to announce the release of Metabolic Burn Blend 2.0, a newly reformulated three peptide formula featuring:

SS-31 + MOTS-c + Tesamorelin

2mg/2mg/2mg/mL | 5 mL vial — A More Focused Metabolic Formula

Metabolic Blend 2.0 represents the next evolution of the original Metabolic Blend, redesigned around a more focused combination of complementary peptide mechanisms.

After reviewing the original formulation and available literature, the formula was streamlined around three distinct areas of metabolic interest:

Growth hormone signaling. Metabolic signaling. Mitochondrial function.

Tesamorelin remains the growth hormone pathway component of the formula, with established activity related to visceral adipose tissue.

MOTS-c remains part of the formulation because of its research interest in cellular metabolism, metabolic signaling, and energy utilization.

SS-31 is the key addition to Metabolic Blend 2.0. It has been studied for its effects on mitochondrial function, including mitochondrial membrane stability, cellular energy production, and oxidative stress. Its addition introduces a distinct mitochondrial-focused component that complements the metabolic and growth hormone pathways already represented in the formula.

What Changed?

Metabolic Blend 1.0
AOD-9604 + MOTS-c + Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin

Metabolic Blend 2.0
SS-31 + MOTS-c + Tesamorelin

As part of the redesign, AOD-9604 and Ipamorelin were removed. Rather than continuing to layer multiple peptides with overlapping objectives, Metabolic Blend 2.0 was built around fewer, more differentiated components.

The streamlined three-peptide formulation also simplifies compounding and production, supporting a more efficient and consistent formulation strategy.

AOD-9604 has been discussed in longevity and metabolic research for years—but it isn’t simply “another fat-loss peptide.”

Researchers have studied it because it appears to influence fat metabolism differently than full human growth hormone, without increasing IGF-1 signaling. Early research suggested it may support lipolysis while reducing lipogenesis, although human clinical trials have shown mixed results and development as a pharmaceutical obesity treatment was discontinued.

The real takeaway isn’t that AOD-9604 is a miracle—it’s that understanding mechanisms is more valuable than chasing trends.

⚠️ Educational content only. AOD-9604 remains investigational in many contexts. This content is not medical advice and should not be interpreted as a recommendation to use any specific compound.

Your energy isn’t just about sleep or caffeine… it starts at the cellular level.

Mitochondria = the “engine” of your cells.
And when that engine is off, everything feels harder.
SS-31 works to restore + protect
→ reducing oxidative stress
→ improving energy production
→ helping your cells function the way they’re meant to

Then MOTS-c builds on that foundation
→ supporting metabolic function
→ improving insulin sensitivity
→ enhancing performance + recovery
This is what optimization actually looks like:
not just chasing results… but fixing the root.
