Sweet. Smoky. Savory. Who says Burgers aren't a fall food?!

🥩 INGREDIENTS (Makes 9 Sliders) • 1 lb ground brisket • ⅓ cup finely chopped Gala apple • Chef J's BBQ Provisions SPGB Rub • 5 strips thick-cut bacon • Bourbon Smoked Pumpkin Spice Rub • 4 slices white cheddar • 9 pretzel slider buns

🍁 MAPLE DIJON GLAZE • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

🔥 LET'S COOK!

Gently mix chopped Gala apple into ground brisket and form 1 large patty.

Season patty with Chef J's SPGB Rub.

Season bacon lightly with Bourbon Smoked Pumpkin Spice Rub.

Set up Weber Kettle for two-zone cooking at 275°–300°F with applewood smoke.

Cook bacon until crispy.

Cook sliders over indirect heat for 40 minutes

Place maple Dijon glaze on grill/smoker to heat up for dipping sauce

• Top patty with white cheddar and finish cooking to 160°F internal.

Toast pretzel buns, stack with bacon and dig in!

Sweet apples, smoky ground brisket, crispy bacon and that maple Dijon glaze!
