POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A room for the Libras and the people who love them.

Thank you to everyone who chose to be in the room at @parkmanor75 75 for Libra Pours last night. Seeing a post online is one thing; seeing you at the bar, in the booths, and in front of the decks is what keeps this series Lux Pours going.

@scroll1971 and I carried the sound while 220 Wine & Spirits and the PM75 bar team kept the glasses full; wine flights, bright citrus highballs, and a blush sour finished with dried lime. To every Libra who celebrated with us, myself included: happy birthday, and thank you for spending part of your season here.

Lux Pours returns Saturday, November 21 at 7:30PM. Put it on your calendar now and bring someone who has not experienced it yet.

Lux Pours is celebrating Libra season, and every Libra on the South Side is invited.

This month’s Lux Pours becomes the Libra Celebration at Park Manor 75. On Saturday, October 17 at 7:30PM, we are setting the room for the birthdays born between September 23 and October 22: a curated sound, cocktails poured with care, and a South Side crowd gathered to honor the people who keep everything in balance.

@fathomdj and @scroll1971 … both Libras…
In the glass: the 220 Wine & Spirits collection.

Lux Pours has been built one 3rd Saturday at a time, and it continues because of every guest who chooses to join us in person. Entry suggests a minimum purchase of one cocktail per guest; each glass supports the venue, the artists, and the future of this gathering on 75th Street.

Bring the Libra in your life, bring their circle, and send us a message if you are planning a birthday group so we can welcome you properly.

Some rooms are full of people who already decided they won’t like it; before the first pour, before the first song drops. That is exactly why @parkmanor75 built a cocktail program with range, and why @luxlistenings and I take over every 3rd Saturday in the manor : to put unfamiliar sounds and flavors in front of you and let them make their case.

If you met me at @clinkfest or caught me pouring vibes @marianosmarket welcome! This is where the conversation continues, and we would be glad to see you in the room.

Start with a Tuskegee or a Concrete Rose, stay for the deep cuts, and leave with a new favorite you didn’t see coming.

The way he builds a cocktail sets the tempo for the room.

Every third Saturday, Lux Listenings score Park Manor 75 to match what the bar and kitchen are making. Watching the owner prepare drinks behind the bar was our starting point; the sound follows the craft. The new PM75 food and beverage menu now has a soundtrack built around it, moving through soulful house, amapiano, neo soul, and lofi jazz, with @220wineandspirits behind the bar. One room, a range of genres, and something for every kind of listener and every kind of drinker.

PM75 is at 600 E 75th St, Chicago.

Save this for the date, tag the person you are bringing, and arrive early for dinner and a seat at the bar.
