The 2026 @alscanada #RevolutionRide is in the books, and what a ride it was. 130+ cyclists, $200,000+ raised and climbing, which includes $14,000+ raised by my amazing team, Jay’s Slow Rolling Revolutionaries. Thank you donors, riders, supporters, event organizers, @sueannstaffestatewinery and our incredible sponsors Scotia Wealth Management and Shionogi Canada Inc. Everyone’s contributions are advancing our goal of #aWorldFreeOfALS.

Well, that was fun (sort of)..,
My longest ride ever
Early start with @jp2neet (20km), a few stops, continue with @scrumptious1970 up some hills (38km), some more stops, some headwinds, too many climbs and home for a rest
162km or 100m. Either was it was my summer goal to get it done.
The egg bite and ice cream were delicious as were the homemade ‘uncrustables’

I’m back in the saddle for my 5th year riding with TEAM BIG MOUTH FROG and once again, I’m riding to help beat cancer.
This event powers life-saving cancer research, bringing us closer to a future where fewer families have to face this disease. It’s also Canada’s largest cycling fundraiser, and every rider needs a strong team behind them.
Can I count on you for support?
This ride fuels research that delivers real hope to patients, to families, and to all of us who have been touched by cancer in some way.

If you’re able, I would truly appreciate your support. You can donate directly to my ride here:

Thank you for being part of this with me.

Sixteen Years 🚴🐸

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has already supported my @pmcfride fundraising this year. With 54% of my $3000 target raised, your generosity, encouragement, and belief in this cause means more than I can properly express.

This June, I will once again ride 200 km from Toronto to Niagara Falls with Team Big Mouth Frog, honouring my Dad and all those who have faced cancer. What started as a single ride for me in 2011, has become a deeply meaningful tradition - one that reminds me every year how powerful this community is.

To each of my 2026 donors (so far) THANK YOU; @richarddarnold9500 @paul__bussiere @sneakr @mommagordon @philg416 Steph G., Kumar R., Colleen B., Cathie G., Angela and Michael V.

From my fellow TBMF riders - we ride for those we’ve lost, for those still fighting, and hope for a future without cancer

Hello Everyone - This ride is coming up soon and this is my home stretch push for support.

This June, I’m once again proud to be riding in the Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer with Team Big Mouth Frog!

This event is so much more than just a bike ride — it’s about hope, strength, and the belief that together, we can defeat cancer in our lifetime. Every dollar raised helps fund critical research at one of the top cancer centres in the world.

I'm riding for those we’ve lost, those still fighting, and a future where cancer no longer has the final say.

If you'd like to support, encourage, or just cheer me (and Team Big Mouth Frog) on, it would mean the world!

Let’s conquer cancer — one ride at a time.

This June, I’ll once again be taking on the Ride to Conquer Cancer, cycling over 200 kilometers in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre—one of the top 5 cancer research hospitals in the world.
I'll be riding with TEAM BIG MOUTH FROG, fueled by determination, hope, and the memory of those we’ve loved and lost, and those still fighting. Cancer has touched all of us in some way. Whether it’s a family member, a friend, a colleague, or even our own battle—it leaves its mark. But we ride because we believe in something bigger. We ride because we believe that one day, cancer will be conquered.
I’m asking for your support. Every donation—big or small—helps fund life-saving research, care, and breakthroughs that can change lives. If you’re able, please consider supporting this incredible cause by donating through my personal fundraising page:
