Day in my life 🤎

6:30am Pilates @skin.byshandee → @rise_and_grind_coffee_co24 → getting my hair done by @stylistsalt → lashes & makeup at the salon → road tripping with my nail student @naileditbykamree → nail expo @utahnailexpo → and somehow squeezing a million other things into one day!

Reintroduction 🤍

Lately, I’ve been in a season of learning how to make space for me. Since becoming a mom at 18, most of my adult life has been career + motherhood, along with the other curveballs life likes to throw at us 😅

In therapy, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting and unlearning. Recently, I told my therapist that life is just feeling heavy & I asked where do I put these heavy emotions? Everything that’s happened especially in the last 10 years has been catching up. She said, I need to feel through my feelings instead of always trying to push past them.

And I think that’s exactly what this season is about. Not having everything figured out. Just allowing myself to slow down, feel the feels, try new things, make room for joy, and get to know myself outside of all the roles I’ve carried for so long.

Here’s to feeling it all, growing through it, and becoming more of who we are, not just who we’re needed to be. & maybe that’s the whole point ✨

A big special thank you to the vendors and my staff!!! it takes an entire village to put on a show like this, and I am so grateful for everybody that was a part of this event!! so much behind the scenes Work went into this with my staff, and they worked from sun up until sundown with no complaints and great attitudes! I truly have the best!! and then thank you to the vendors that made it also perfectly curated for the citrus market! Every one of them contributed such a fun booth to make the event so so special!! I feel incredibly grateful to be surrounded by so many people that believe in my vision, and that lift each other up to chase all of our dreams!!
