Your new favorite way to shake! We are open, come check us out. 👇🏼

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you, @kyleighgordyan for inspiring me to create another no-reformer time under tension workout after you used my last one while on vacation! 🫶🏼

Whether you’re traveling, short on time, or just want to keep your strength up outside the studio, this 5-minute lower-body burner is for you. All you need is yourself and a little determination! 💪🏼

Your 5-minute TUT challenge:
✨ 1 min — Slow-count squats
✨ 1 min — Low squat pulses and alternate heel lifts
✨ 30 sec — Hold low, left heel lifted + pulses
✨ 30 sec — Hold low, right heel lifted + pulses
✨ 1 min — Slow-count squats
✨ 1 min — Low oblique side-bend hold

No equipment. No excuses. Just you, your muscles, and 5 minutes of intentional movement. 🔥

Save this for your next trip or at-home workout, and tag me when you try it! 🤍

New to Hudson and unsure where to go to get your workouts in? Be sure to save this for later! 💪🏼

Here are a few local fitness spots to check out around Hudson!

🔥 My personal favorite: @burnbootcampstowoh
My go-to for early morning workouts, a great sweat, and the kind of community that keeps you showing up.

🧘🏻‍♀️ @yogaloungehudson
Yoga, barre, sculpt, and plenty of options whether you want to build strength or slow things down a little.

🩰 @purebarrehudson
A low-impact, high-intensity workout focused on strength, balance, and those tiny movements that are somehow SO hard. 😂

🔥 @otfhudson Orangetheory Fitness
Coached, heart-rate-based interval training for a challenging, full-body workout.

✨ More local fitness options to explore:

• @sculpthaus_hudson — A new reformer fitness studio I haven’t tried yet, but it’s on my list! If you’ve been, tell me what you think.

• Summa Health Wellness Center — A larger wellness facility.

• @StretchLabHudson — Great for recovering after the hard work out. Assisted stretching and mobility.

One thing I’ve learned in my six years as an Ohio transplant? Finding your routine is about more than the workout. It’s also about finding the places and people that make a new town feel like home. ❤️

Hey! 👋 I’m Gilda Moreno, a Burn Boot Camp Sister, Hudson Realtor, wife, mom, and fellow transplant. I help families relocating to Hudson and Northeast Ohio find not just a house, but a community they can see themselves in.

What local workout spot would you add to this list? Tell me in the comments!

And if you’re thinking about moving to Hudson, comment CONNECT and let’s talk. 🏡

Why I love teaching at Sculpthaus 🤍

With just 10 reformers, you get the energy and motivation of a group workout while still having the intimacy of a smaller class. It allows me to give more personalized, one-on-one coaching, offer individual encouragement, and help each person feel stronger and more confident.

My favorite part is the community we’ve built. I get to connect with each member on a personal level, celebrate their progress, and remind them just how strong they are. It’s so much more than a workout — and that’s what makes Sculpthaus so special. @sculpthaus_hudson #fitness #fitnesscommunity #reformer
