200+ lbs and I'm still going to show up in my cute Pilates sets! 🎀💗

You don't have to be a certain size, weight, or fitness level to enjoy Pilates. Wear the outfit, take the class, and take up space, girly! 🫶🏼

Confidence isn't a size, and movement is for EVERY body. 💕

Choose your struggles and your strength bc booty is not one of mine. I can handle the shaking and pain in the belly but not in my lower body I gotta tap outttt 😮‍💨😅

My body: We need rest. 😭

Also my body: But what if we booked another hot Pilates class? 🥵😂

Me: Say less. 💅🏼

Because apparently shaking, sweating, and questioning my life choices is my idea of self-care. 💀💗

Every time I show up, I give myself another chance to grow. Stronger body, stronger mind, more belief in myself. 🤍
