I know you all thought I was a little crazy when I made you do this in class BUT…

Swan dive is an advanced classical exercise that is an amazing way to counteract the forward slumping effects of sitting daily looking at a screen AND it also builds deep core strength while activating the glutes, hamstrings, back and shoulders.

Overall, a fantastic little move if you ask me🦢

Pilates Abdominals ft. The Magic Circle⭐️

I don’t have much experience with this prop and it always scared me a little, so this week I challenged myself to plan a whole class around it and the feedback has been amazing so far! 🪄✨

A love letter to my first week of teaching Pilates 💌 & all of the gorgeous ladies I’ve met along the way

Thank you for showing up, and for making something that I was so terrified to do, feel so easy!!! (& so fun too!)

Also forever grateful to Joeline @sculptt360_ for hiring me when I’d never taught a class before and helping me to find my feet & my confidence!

Here’s to many more classes together, lots more laughs & lots more friendships 🫶🏼
