Right so I knooooow I said that the 20th was the last party......... and now I'm going back on it. Saturday is well and truly our last day open at the social and its also St.Pauls Carnival so this send off going to be biblical 🙏 The boys over at @ransakedrecords_uk and @sikastudios are putting on an insane line up 2pm-9pm so be there.💪 That leave us with with a few hours .......so @clique.45 have stepped up once again with some of our closest friends to absolute smash the last few hours! 🫡 We're talking Dubstep, we're talking Grime, we're talking 140, we're talking garage. Basically we on everything good 👊 Be there or miss out forever, you won't catch the new owners pulling parties like these 💔 This is my full sign off from The Social so would be bless to see the gang in full ❤️ #socialbristol #c45 #stpaulscarnival #dubstep #140

Deep speed garage > sub-heavy dub > ethereal electro = another week of high quality promo 🔮🔊 This weeks picks… 1. @scuttle0117 - Scuttle sent over a load of new music this week focusing on the deep/dark side of UKG. All of them embodied everything I love in dark garage - tough swinging drums, hard yet restrained basslines and a tasteful sprinkling of good samples - glad to see another talented producing coming out of Bristol 🔊 2. Beatrice M. - I was fortunate enough to be given early access to Beatrice M.’s new album on @tectonicrecordings from the people over at @9pr_music (thank Oli! X), it’s an incredible piece of work exploring the deep meditative sounds around the real dubbed out roots of dubstep. ‘Sinking’ caught my ear immediately with its throbbing sub, beautifully crafted chords and entrancing steppy drums - definitely worth checking out the whole project 🔮 3. @spaceygarden - I’ve become a huge fan of Toulouse based label @bonjourcestcluster since I heard @tommy26degrees gritty EP ‘Step Forward’, so was buzzing to have their latest compilation sent through. I know I say this a lot on the page but I genuinely could have picked any track on the release! But it was the deep, euphoric energy of Spacey Garden’s ‘Wax’ that really got me. Perfect end of set energy 🔮🔊 Excited to hear what you all send through next week, Gary x
