Throwback to the final lift before the big race at Ironman 70.3 World Championships 🔥

Strength training is not optional - this goes for everyone, not just athletes!

Compound movements, unilateral exercises, corrective exercises… there’s an extensive list of strength training that make your body durable for your lifestyle and the hobbies and/or sports you play.

Not sure how to integrate strength training into your routine? Send me a message and let’s chat!

Most people think they’re bracing. Most aren’t.
Here’s the test I taught in our DBC Level 1 certification. Knowing when to palpate in a movement is key. If the finger sinks in, the core is off. Deep breath, engage, and it should get hard enough that the finger can’t go through. Then carry that into every rep.
This is the level of detail my clients get.

Discipline is what sets you apart.

Dedicating time to your recovery matters just as much as the time you put into your training.

When one area can’t do its job, another picks up the slack. Over time, those compensations show up as stiffness, fatigue, and restricted movement.

Addressing them with intention helps release overworked tissue and restore range, keeping your body ready for what’s next.

Recover well. Move well. Perform well.

One of my favorite lifts for a reason.

Trap bar deadlifts build full-body strength, train the hinge pattern, and let you load heavy without overcomplicating the movement.

Strong, simple, and useful for just about everyone.

The goal was never just to build a career. I wanted to build something that actually meant something.

To help people.
To make an impact.
To share what I’ve learned.
And to be surrounded by people who push me to keep growing.

Being able to teach, lead, and help other trainers become better at what they do is something I don’t take for granted.

There are definitely long days and challenging moments, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Grateful for the journey, and the opportunity to do what I love every day.

After working with hundreds of clients, I’ve learned one thing:
The right plan matters, but keeping a client consistent is what makes the difference.
Short-term goals keep them motivated.
Long-term goals keep them focused.
My job is to create the strategy, adjust when life happens, and keep them moving forward.
Results don’t come from having the perfect schedule.
They come from having a strategy that keeps you moving forward, even when life gets busy.
That’s where good coaching makes the difference.

Becoming a dad was never going to be an excuse to stop taking care of myself.
I want my son to grow up seeing that taking care of your body, your mind, and your health isn’t something you do when life gets easier.
It’s something you make a priority everyday.
Setting the example.
