I’m excited to share that I’ve officially joined the @active_minds Active Minds Speakers Bureau!

I’m honored to attend to Active Minds 2026 Conference on July 16, 2026, in Washington, D.C. I look forward to sharing stories and strategies that advance mental health, inspire change, and help build communities where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

We all have a hero within us. 💙

Last week, MindNumbers attended the NeuroTech Frontiers Summit 2026 at San Diego State University @sdsu 🧠

Our founder Peter Westlake @westlake.peter showcased MindNumbers alongside other founders, researchers, innovators, and advocates shaping the future of neuroscience and neurotechnology. MindNumbers was built so people living with bipolar can effortlessly access accurate data on their mood, sleep, activity and routine, understand their trends over time, and live more safely and freely.

Thanks to SDSU for organizing it and bringing this community together.

College students are carrying more than most people realize… and today we had the chance to meet them right where they are. 🤍❤️🖤
We spent time with the SDSU Active Minds community, introducing the Comfort Cub and walking through our Bear Breathing technique.

And now the Active Minds team is taking it even further by bringing the Comfort Cub into the greater college community and into the hands of students who are looking for real ways to support the physical impact of their mental health.

Because it’s not just in your head… it lives in your body too. And students deserve tools that help them regulate, not just push through. 🧸💜

Somewhere along the way, “different” became something to fix, hide, or tone down. But for the neurodivergent brain? Different is how you were built. It’s your brilliance. Your creativity. Your depth. Your way of seeing the world that others miss completely.

Being yourself in a world that asks you to mask, shrink, or “fit in” isn’t easy.
It’s brave.
It’s intentional.
And it’s worthy of celebration.

Here’s your reminder today:
🌿 You don’t have to earn your right to exist as you are.
🌿 Your needs aren’t inconveniences, they’re information.
🌿 Your differences aren’t flaws: they’re the texture of your story.

If you’re learning how to unmask, honor your wiring, and build a life that fits you, you’re already doing something powerful.

You’re not “too much” or “not enough.”
You’re you.
And that’s something extraordinary.
