Recovery is part of the training plan.

It’s been a privilege to spend time this summer working with the SDSU Men’s Basketball team. They show up ready to learn, put in the work, and never overlook the importance of taking care of their bodies. They’re a great group of guys, and I’ve truly enjoyed being a small part of their offseason.

The work isn’t always loud. It doesn’t make the highlight reel. But mobility, recovery, and consistency are often what allow athletes to perform when the lights come on.

Whether you’re a Division I athlete, training for your next race, or simply wanting to move and feel better, recovery matters.
