👨‍🍳 MEET ANTHONY 👨‍🍳

ANC Lead Cook. 10 years in the kitchen. Professional steak guy. 🥩🔥

Anthony keeps it simple: Montreal Steak Seasoning is essential, Mexican food forever, and Yum Yum Donuts are always worth it. 🍩

When he’s on the grill, there’s a good chance RL Grime is on the playlist. 🎧 And if he wasn’t cooking? He’d be DJing festivals around the world. 🌎🎶

His ANC must-try? The Smashburger. 🍔

And you know you’ve worked in a kitchen too long when your friends tell you something and you respond…

“HEARD.” 😂

Say what’s up to Anthony next time you’re at ANC! 👋

☀️ MEET SOLEIL ☀️
Not only is Soleil one of the friendly faces behind the register, she officially holds ANC history as the FIRST student ever hired at Aztec Nutrition Center! 🥇
Her ANC order? A Mango Sunset + Caprese Flatbread 🥭🍕 — which makes sense, because if she had to eat one food for an entire week, she’s picking mango. Clearly, there’s a theme here.
🏐 Favorite SDSU sport: Volleyball
🎧 On repeat: Boy in Red — Isaiah Rashad & SZA
✨ In 3 words: Joyful. Creative. Caring.
And Soleil has one important piece of advice for SDSU:
DON’T. SLEEP. ON. THE. SWEET. POTATO. FRIES. 🍠🍟
As employee #1, we’re going to assume she knows what she’s talking about. 😏
