What do you text a friend to let them know you support them?💙

In Sigma Delta Tau, we build lifelong connections that create a sense of belonging, where all of our sisters feel supported and seen.

During Mental Health Awareness Month (MHAM), we are reminded of the importance of one of our core values: connection through sisterhood. We work hard every day to foster caring and understanding environments for our sisters to thrive, individually and together. Being able to depend on each other is one of the greatest gifts of our sisterhood.

Big wins for Sigma Delta Tau in Oswego, New York 💙✨
With 25 sellers and the power of social sharing, this chapter didn’t just meet their goal—they exceeded it. A little friendly competition and a lot of word-of-mouth made all the difference.

With Double Good, fundraising stayed simple—just share the link and watch the momentum grow. Now their chapter is set up for future success, from financial stability to attending national conventions 👏
