Not to be dramatic but I think we’ve won the friendship lottery because life is so much better with them in it ☝️🤍

Only interested in a life that looks like I never settled. Not in love. Not in friendships. Not in money. Not in who I become. I want a life that proves I kept choosing expansion, even when staying small would have been easier.

The fastest way to attract what you deserve is to become completely unavailable to what you don’t 🙂‍↕️

✨A Day In My Life✨ — Personal trainer and mobile sports massage therapist 🏋🏻‍♀️🏈💆🏻
6:30am-11pm

Summed up, it’s one on one close interactions, eating, sighing and a whole lot of driving 🥹
13hr work day, 2 jobs, 15 clients 🙌🏼

People wonder why i’m always so tired…apart from the physical labour, which is the easy part, i don’t think many realise how mentally taxing my work can be. As much as i absolutely love what i do and the grind, by the end of the day, i’m absolutely SPENT 😮‍💨 Nothing beats walking through my front door after a long day knowing i can finally switch off and let my mind rest.
We get up the next day, and make moves 😈
