Don’t let him fool you, he loves it 😅 as long as he doesn’t have to dress up on actual Halloween because that’s his birthday LOL

And yes, we’re the Charmin Bears 🐻❤️🧻

The @oc_fair is truly one of my favorite parts of summertime 👏🏻🤩

Do you have a local fair you go to in the summer?

Some days the 7 minutes don’t happen back to back, and that’s fine too.

Today mine got scattered, one exercise by my desk, one on a quick walk, one waiting for my coffee, one in the bathroom because that’s where I found a spare minute. Doesn’t matter where or when, just that it gets done.

Your lymphatic system doesn’t care if you’re in leggings on a yoga mat or standing in a hallway between meetings. It just needs you to move.

So if your morning is chaos, spread it out. Squeeze it in. No perfect setup required, no excuses needed. Just get your minute in, wherever you can find it.

The most epic date night and the only way I want to watch movies from now on 🤯 @cosmlosangelesca

Shocking that I’ve been with @seacannon for 16 years and I’ve never seen his favorite movie, but I actually really liked it! To be fair, it probably helped that we got to watch it in shared reality from a cozy booth with yummy food.

Next up we want to take the kids to see Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone or Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory 🙌🏻

Not gonna lie, day 2 was way harder haha partially because I felt confident I could start doing tricks and boy was I wrong haha beyond that, feeling it in my wrists, biceps, and sides abs (not sure what those are called)!

See you tomorrow!
