“Céad Míle Fáilte” (One hundred thousand welcomes)

With St Patrick’s Day coming up, join me for some drinks to mark the occasion

Sunday March 14th, 2021, 8:30pm British time (1:30pm California / 4:30pm East Coast) on Zoom

Together we’ll make some proper Irish Coffees, as well as another simple & fun @jamesonwhiskey cocktail that should be able to make you happy whether you’re an Irish whiskey lover or even a bit whiskey cautious with your cocktails.

From the days when my parents used me for free labor for their famous St Patrick’s Day parties back in Massachusetts, the Irish coffee became the very first drink I ever learned how to make. Now in the UK, it’s a drink I’ve since made & enjoyed on several continents & I’m looking forward to sharing that knowledge with you.

After you sign up I’ll email over a shopping list of all the easy to find and affordable ingredients you’ll need to get in on the action, as well as the zoom link to join.

I’ll guide you through the 2 drinks we’ll make together, plus background & technique, & assist you no matter what your tools are or even if you have to make any substitutions. Afterwards, you can sign off with your drinks or stay on for additional cocktail dabblings & hang outs.

Asking for £10 donation for tickets but I’ll also keep a handful of tickets aside for anybody that’s un- or under-employed, simply DM me.
