Every once in a while, I get the opportunity to work on a story that I really, reallllly care about. This is one of them. a refreshing ginger soda w/ lots of lime to balance the sweet heat

Seared Salmon Paka
a weeknight-friendly take on Machi Paka, grilled whole fish in coconut curry

Mishkaki-Style Strip Steak with Kachumber
Inspired by grilled beef skewers called mishkaki, this steak-dinner version gets served with a punchy side salad called kachumber

Coconut and Cardamom Cake
a tender buttery yellow cake made with coconut and cardamom for a floral, tropical take on yellow cake inspired by mkate mimina, a bouncy yeasted rice cake

Peppery Potato Frittata
shallow fried strips of russet potato grace this peppery frittata with a quiche-like filling. Inspired by chips mayeye, a French fry studded omelette

❄️ the holiday issue ❄️ and 🚨redesign issue 🚨 for @bonappetitmag. Loved kicking it off with a gift guide from @mackenzie_fegan with a custom stocking made by @evajoanrepair and styled by @marinabevi ❤️‍🔥

Our feature well for the redesign issue spanned from @csaffitz desserts to a story on @jacquespepinfoundation written by @marcuscooks. We celebrated noche buena with @elle_jaime 💓 and had wine and soda with @shilpauskokovic. It looks so damn good.
