Sunday's been hittin' different at Real Fitness Naples. We have a big noon workout with our men's group. We hit some aerobic power, some strength with some killer intensity. We back it up with our Hyrox camp from 1:30 to 3:00. We are learning how to pace. We are learning how to push and pull sleds. We're getting stronger and we are getting better to conquer our first or next race.

With over 5,000 sq ft of air-conditioned space, the only place you want to train should be at Real Fitness. If you're feeling this, feel free to DM me and I'll get you started. We are conveniently located right next to Sam's Club on Immokalee Road. If you live in Bonita or even south of Vanderbilt, you can get to us easily. About a mile and a half west of 75. Let's do the work.

April 2026. Graham’s 10th birthday trip to Florida. Much needed fun in the sun with family. Even was lucky enough to plan our trip around showering the newest addition to our family.

Naples guys, Sundays at noon we've been throwing down. This is the men's only group. We do bro splits. We do conditioning. We do it all. Working out on Sundays is a great way to prep for your long week. For one hour from noon to 1:00 we get it done

Naples Dads! We are building something special on Sundays. At noon we meet and grind for an hour. It’s great way to set you up for the tough work week ahead. If you’re a busy professional this is a great hour to get some work in. We keep it low skill and the intensity high. DM us if you want a spot next Sunday.

Really enjoyed my first ever trip to Philly & the all-you-can eat buffet of cheesesteak choices. The Knights fell in the first round, but that didn’t stop our group from having our best time and enjoying all the city had to offer!

Let the record show:

September was a whole vibe.

The photos are in my camera roll but the feeling is etched in my soul.

October’s changes are giving the same energy 😉
