The Lord of the Rings trilogy had a transformative impact on the New Zealand film industry, both culturally and economically. The films were a major boost to the country's tourism industry, while also creating hundreds of jobs for local talent and establishing New Zealand as a world-class destination for film production. The success of the films helped to put New Zealand on the map as a major player in the global film industry. #lordoftherings #trilogy #elijahwood #iammckellen #orlandobloom #seanbenn #alanhoward #noelappleby #seanastin #salabaker #billyboyd #andyserkis #donnaakersten #williamjohnson #newwave #heavenlycreatures #nzfilms

One of my other favorite things is exercise! During covid, I discovered a few fun Zoom workouts: One is a HIIT class with my friend Sean Bennett, and another is a ballet-based workout by the The Sautter Sisters. Lastly, I love doing Pilates at my house with Shawn-Merchant. #nycworkout #nycworkouts #nycexcersice #nycbroker #nycrealestate #nycrealestatebroker #nycluxuryrealestate #nycluxurybroker #explorenyc
