Summer #3 in the books ✅
This summer was like no other Summer this year. I had one goal in mind and that goal was to go be the best on my team to go and lead by example this summer there’s a lot of adversity faced. There was a lot of decisions that needed to be made and I’m happy I chose the right path before going into the summer. My best Summer was 160 K and I did that in seven months coming from a really hard previous summer I didn’t know what this year would look like. This summer I ended at 350k revenue. With one of the best retention in the company sitting at number two for any rep over 300 K.
I had my best week 27K. I also had my best month at 90k . The number one thing I change from last summer to this summer was my urgency I could not waste time. I could not let my foot off the gas. Going into the summer I had a plan in mind that I sat down and talked to my leaders about I didn’t want to manage lots of reps I didn’t want to put all of my time in recruiting my sole purpose this year was to prove it to myself. I can go out double my earnings and be the best rep on the team. I am forever grateful for this job and for the opportunity it brings me. I came straight out of high school when I started this job. I’m only 20 years old and I am the top 1% earner for my age group. I’ve reached out to many people on my Instagram, as well as in person, old friends, Old teammates, etc. this job is one of the best experiences that I ever had for those of you that may feel like you’re not happy where you are right now. you want to take that next step forward it is the best feeling when you’re working with your friends, making a lot of money with your friends, traveling with your friends and more importantly, building a business with friends.
